1) THE LOYALTY KITTY

I am a customer, I order, I earn loyalty points that I can convert into discount vouchers*:

1 EURO OF PURCHASE = 1 POINT

From 1 January 2024

1 EURO SPENT = 1 POINT

- 110 points = 1 €10 discount voucher (on a future order), for purchases over €100

- 300 points = 1 €30 discount voucher (on next order), for purchases over €200

- 500 points = 1 €50 discount voucher (on a future order), for purchases over €250

WHERE TO FIND ACCESS TO THE LOYALTY PROGRAM:

After logging in, go to your customer account where you will find your loyalty kitty.

LOYALTY PROGRAM RULES

* Each €1 spent on our online store automatically credits your kitty with 1 loyalty point. Your points cannot be transferred.

You can benefit from a loyalty check once you have reached a first level of 110 points. You are free to take advantage of it or continue to accumulate points to reach higher levels and exchange your points for discounts according to the following model:

110 points: a cheque for £10 off your next order for purchases of £100 or more

300 points: a cheque for £30 off your next order for purchases of £200 or more

500 points: a cheque for £50 off your next order for purchases of £250 or more.

Over 500 points: you can request one or more €10 discount vouchers,

30 or €50 depending on the total number of points accumulated. Ex: 615 points = €50 (500

points), €10 (110 points) and a balance of 5 points. Or €50 (500 points) and 115 points left in the kitty, etc...

Please note that you can only use one discount check per order.

Any use of a gift voucher will result in the deduction of the corresponding number of loyalty points.

All accumulated points will be credited and available for use as benefits within 18 days of purchase on boutiquekeva.com,
In the event of refund of items, the corresponding acquired points will be deleted.
Items acquired through a loyalty discount will be refundable on the net value paid (after discount). In the case of a refund, the points linked to the reduction will not be credited back to the account.
Points acquired cannot be taken back or exchanged. Boutique Keva reserves the right to enrich, modify or cancel the terms of delivery, use of the program as well as the services attached to the program.

- In case of dispute of the accumulated amount, only the information contained in the database of the company Boutique Keva, will prevail. Any claim must be confirmed by email to Boutique Keva. [email protected]

** The sponsor gets 50 loyalty points on her goddaughter's first order.

The goddaughter benefits from 10% on her first order thanks to the promo code obtained from her sponsor. However, her loyalty kitty is only credited from her second order.

*** 10% discount offer valid on your birthday. You receive a promotional code, by e-mail, on your birthday.
